Fax	Terms and Conditions 1. The Loudoun Rewards Discount Guidebooks and Savings Cards shall remain the property of Loudoun Rewards until sold. 2. The Consignee, also known as "The Fundraiser", at its own cost and expense agrees to keep the goods identified on the face hereof, and agrees, on demand made before any sale, to return the same in good order and condition. 3. The Fundraiser agrees to use its best efforts to sell the said goods for Loudoun Rewards. 4. The Fundraiser agrees, upon sale, to maintain the proceeds due to Loudoun Rewards separate and apart from its own funds and to deliver such proceeds, less commission, to Loudoun Rewards together with an accounting on demand made by Loudoun Rewards. 5. If ordered on consignment, the Fundraiser will keep as full payment a commission of 50% from the sale of every Loudoun Rewards Discount Guidebook and Savings Card sold based on the agreed price of each membership kit. 7. The Fundraiser will get 50% from the sale of each Loudoun Rewards Discount Guidebook and Savings Card, if the said goods are sold by Loudoun Rewards for the Fundraiser through the Loudoun Rewards website.
